Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Officer will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential partnerships, managing client accounts, developing strategic initiatives, and driving revenue generation efforts. This role requires effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and ability to identify and secure growth opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills with a data-driven mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of Finance principles and practices related to business operations
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the edtech industry is an advantage
