Analyst - Fresher

Job Summary - Analyst accounting (Fresher) We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst (Fresher) to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world business environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Work Location: Bangalore Work Timings: 2:30-11:30PM Key Responsibilities Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate financial data entry. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entry preparation. Conduct variance analysis on financial statements to identify trends and discrepancies. Assist in external audits by preparing financial documents and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and efficiency. Analyze expense reports and assist in cost control initiatives. Stay updated on industry regulations, tax laws, and best practices in financial reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Powerpoint, Word etc) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic project experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis. Basic knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial forecasting. Familiarity with automation tools and ERP systems is an advantage.
