We’re Hiring: Insights Performance Manager (Social Media)
We’re looking for an Insights Performance Manager who can turn data into actionable strategies that drive real business impact. If you’re passionate about social media analytics, digital marketing insights, audience behavior, and performance data, this role is for you.
You’ll work with global clients across sports, media, and brand ecosystems, partnering with social, content, and performance marketing teams to shape data-driven digital strategies.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership—from data analysis and dashboarding to storytelling and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok), digital campaigns, and web analytics tools
- Track and optimize content performance, engagement metrics, and audience growth
- Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, and trend analysis
- Leverage social listening tools and sentiment analysis to uncover audience insights
- Identify performance drivers, KPIs, and optimization opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and growth strategies
- Build dashboards and reports (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Develop data storytelling presentations and insight-led narratives
- Present insights to clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with social media, content, paid media, and account management teams
- Support business development, pitch strategy, and market research
- Create insight-led pitch decks using benchmarking and publicly available data
- Contribute to audience segmentation, targeting, and digital strategy development
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years in social media analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or audience insights
- Strong knowledge of social media metrics, digital KPIs, campaign performance, and engagement analytics
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and dashboard creation
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced), Power BI / Tableau / Looker
- Experience with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Tubular Labs, Pulsar, Talkwalker)
- Understanding of performance marketing, paid media analytics, and attribution models
- Strong skills in audience segmentation, behavioral analysis, and trend forecasting
- Ability to work with large datasets, ambiguous data, and build data-driven hypotheses
- Strong presentation skills, storytelling, and stakeholder communication
- Experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration
