Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst at Insight Global, you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven insights and decision-making for our clients. In this position, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to uncover meaningful trends and patterns that inform business strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering and cleaning data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency - Performing statistical analysis and creating visualizations to communicate insights effectively - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions - Staying up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques - Continuously improving data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a must. Experience with Python or R programming languages is a plus.
