Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site intern role for an Insider Sales position located in Kanpur. The Insider Sales Intern will engage with clients to identify their needs, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote SecureRoot's cybersecurity solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting potential customers, conducting sales calls, enhancing client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to meet goals. The intern will also receive hands-on training and have access to resources to develop their sales and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales-related abilities, including prospecting and engaging potential clients effectively.
- Skills in Training and Sales Management to collaborate with the team and support sales strategies.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
