Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor, based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for interacting with prospective clients, identifying their educational needs, and offering customized solutions aligned with BrightCHAMPS' course offerings. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, meeting targets, delivering excellent customer service, and conducting client training and product demonstrations. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams will also be essential to ensure customer needs are effectively met.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and building lasting relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to conduct Training and product demonstrations effectively
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the education or edtech sector is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software tools is an advantage
