Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales training and a passion for developing and enhancing the skills of sales professionals. This role is crucial in equipping our sales team with the knowledge and techniques required to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for outbound sales teams.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Assess training needs and develop customized training solutions to address gaps in sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing support to the sales team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales training.
- Proven track record of successfully training sales teams and improving sales performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Proficient in using training software and tools.
