Senior Inside Sales Trainer – Frido
Department: Mobility & Wellness
Reports To: Assistant Manager – Inside Sales
Location: Pune (On-site)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week-offs)
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Inside Sales Trainer to train, mentor, and lead the Inside Sales team to improve productivity and sales conversions.
The ideal candidate should have strong Inside Sales experience with expertise in calling techniques, objection handling, soft skills training, customer engagement, and sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Train Inside Sales Executives on sales calling techniques, communication skills, objection handling, and conversion strategies
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing team members
- Guide team members on handling customer queries, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures effectively
- Conduct soft skills training sessions on communication, active listening, empathy, confidence building, and customer engagement
- Train team members on professional conversation etiquette, tone of voice, and relationship management
- Help improve customer handling skills, conflict resolution, and objection management during sales calls
- Coach team members on building customer trust and delivering a positive customer experience
- Support employees in improving presentation skills, confidence, and overall communication effectiveness
- Monitor live calls, provide constructive feedback, and improve overall call quality
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and team huddles to enhance sales performance
- Support the team in improving lead-to-conversion ratios and achieving revenue targets
- Identify training needs based on performance metrics and customer interactions
- Work closely with managers to improve team productivity and process adherence
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and proper follow-up management by the team
- Maintain strong knowledge of Frido products, processes, and customer handling standards
- Prepare daily/weekly training performance reports and track improvement areas
- Create a positive, energetic, and performance-driven sales culture within the team
Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in Inside Sales/Telesales with good deal-closing skills
- Experience in training, mentoring, and handling sales teams
- Strong soft skills, communication, and coaching abilities
- Good understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer engagement
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- High energy, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
Requirements
- Experience: 7–10 years in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales
- Prior experience as a Sales Trainer, Team Leader, or Sales Coach is preferred
- Strong experience in training teams on calling techniques and sales closures is mandatory
- Prior experience in conducting soft skills and sales training sessions will be preferred
- Candidates with experience in communication training, customer service training, or behavioral coaching will have an added advantage
- Ability to train teams on both sales performance and customer interaction skills is essential
- Preference for candidates from D2C, Healthcare, Wellness, Mobility, Retail, or Consumer-focused industries
- Education: Graduate or equivalent
- Comfortable with rotational week-offs and a 6-day work schedule
