Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales - Tech role based in Bengaluru. As part of the Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of Simplilearn’s courses. Your daily tasks will include initiating sales calls, following up on leads, negotiating with potential clients, and closing sales to meet targets. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process and support customers with training-related inquiries when required.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport and engage with clients
- Sales and Negotiation skills with the ability to drive conversions and achieve targets
- Experience in Training or understanding of online learning services will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is required; experience in sales or tech-related roles is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales processes would be beneficial
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
