Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor with Inside Sales experience to guide prospective students through the admission process and achieve enrollment targets.
Role : Inside Sales Team Lead
Experience : 5+Years
Location : Coimbatore (Tidel Park)
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
- Achieve admission and revenue targets through effective counselling
- Maintain strong relationships with students and provide end-to-end admission support
- Manage leads through CRM systems and ensure timely updates
- Conduct virtual presentations, webinars, and counselling sessions
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, documentation, and onboarding
- Address student queries, concerns, and grievances professionally
- Maintain accurate reports on leads, conversions, and daily activities
Required Skills:
- Experience in Inside Sales / Admission Counselling / EdTech Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with good convincing abilities
- CRM knowledge such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. preferred
- Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
