Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead at Simandhar Education located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Team Lead will oversee the inside sales team, generate leads, and develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets. Responsibilities include managing and motivating a team, driving customer acquisition efforts, handling inquiries, and maintaining high customer service standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the sales process and meet objectives is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Service and relationship management
- Experience in Team Management and motivating performance
- Exceptional Team Leadership and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
