Role Summary:
As an Inside Sales Executive at FTS, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective clients. Your role involves engaging with incoming leads, understanding their fitness aspirations, and effectively communicating how FTS's personalized programs can help them achieve their goals. Your main objective is to convert inquiries into committed clients through insightful consultations and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor the Team: Manage, guide, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Ensure high performance through regular coaching, feedback, and training.
- Lead Engagement Oversight: Ensure prompt and effective response to all incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email, maintaining high standards of customer experience.
- Consultative Selling Excellence: Drive a consultative sales approach within the team by enabling personalized interactions that assess client fitness goals, lifestyle, and needs, and recommend suitable FTS programs.
- Sales Strategy & Conversion: Monitor team performance, optimize sales funnels, and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall revenue generation.
- Relationship Management: Oversee the development of strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive decision-making journey.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate and consistent use of CRM tools by the team to track leads, monitor progress, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Target Achievement & Reporting: Own weekly and monthly sales targets, track team performance metrics, and report insights to senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and program teams to share feedback, refine messaging, and improve product offerings based on customer insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years in inside sales, telesales, or customer relationship roles, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Empathy and Understanding: Ability to connect with individuals on a personal level, understanding their needs and concerns regarding fitness and lifestyle changes.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive and driven mindset, comfortable working towards and achieving set targets.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
- Passion for Fitness: A genuine interest in health and wellness, aligning with FTS's mission and values.
