Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead based in South Delhi. The role involves leading and managing a team of sales representatives, overseeing lead generation initiatives, and driving overall sales performance. Key responsibilities include achieving team sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training, and ensuring efficient team operations through motivation and support. The Inside Sales Team Lead will also collaborate with management to develop strategies for market growth and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proven experience in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Demonstrated expertise in Team Management and Leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics
