Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik for an Inside Sales Team Lead. The role involves managing and mentoring the inside sales team, driving sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, setting sales targets, and overseeing team performance. The Inside Sales Team Lead will also play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and ensure the team achieves its goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
- Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership for guiding and motivating team members
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Experience in the crypto or fintech sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
