We are looking for a dedicated and confident candidate to support our organization in telecalling, customer support, and B2B/schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers and schools for communication and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries and provide required information
- Assist in promotional activities on social media (Facebook and Instagram), including posting content and sharing updates via email and social platforms
- Support the sales team in handling inquiries from customers/schools
- Generate leads using innovative methods
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries and follow up to close sales
- Communicate with leads through email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls
- Achieve weekly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support/sales
- Good communication skills (English is mandatory)
- Strong sales and convincing skills
- Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and understand the product
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Basic computer knowledge
