Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support position, located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Support professional will be responsible for supporting sales operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and responding to customer inquiries. This role includes assisting the sales team in meeting targets, building relationships with clients, and ensuring all customer interactions are handled with efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Inside Sales and Sales Operations
- Proficiency in Customer Service and dedication to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is an advantage
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer support roles is a plus
