Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Support professional, based in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with clients, managing sales operations, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience through personalized support. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, identifying potential sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role may require collaborating with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Sales Operations skills for effectively managing client pipelines and sales activities
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of 3D printing technology and industry trends is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools or sales software is advantageous
- Preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
