Primary Job Functions:
- Identifying potential accounts from various web sources
- Identifying right contacts for initiating the sales and product discussions
- Lead generation through calls and mails and other marketing techniques
- Fixing Sales calls for executives
- Fixing online/onsite demonstrations
- Database management for Web Marketing , seminars and Roadshows
- Assisting in Organising Events, Seminars, Road Shows and inviting the clients.
- Assisting the sales team with proposal preparations, submissions, follow ups and closures including complete payment collection
- Post order receipt processing assistance till all the deliverables as per the order are completed and the documentation is collected
Desired Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Graduation in any stream(10+2 with good communication and zeal of work shall be considered if found suitable)
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer service/ Software industry
- Good communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to handle variety of customer interactions
- Ability to understand customer interactions and convey to the sales team appropriately
- Word, Excel, Emailing and ability to collect the desired results on net is must.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added Advantage while Telugu, Hindi and English is a must.
