Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will:
Connect with leads interested in clear aligner (smile correction/straightening) services
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up consistently to drive conversions
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions
Educate customers about treatment processes, pricing, and offers
Handle objections confidently and deliver an excellent customer experience
Candidate Requirements
0–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales
HSC qualified / Graduates / Freshers welcome
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Target-oriented with strong persuasion skills
Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
