Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Inside Sales (International Education)
What we're looking for:-
Career Launcher is seeking a talented individual who possesses the ability to understand
prospects, and recommend the right products to drive sales.
Responsibilities:-
Create a sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
Guide students/ parents for our partner institutions to drive partner university applications.
Guide students/parents for International Admission Process to enrol them in the Premium
Admission Consulting (UG/MBA/MiM/MS) or Test-Prep (GMAT/GRE/SAT/IELTS/LNAT/LSAT) or Both.
Upselling & cross-selling relevant CL offerings
Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
You will be successful if:-

Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree with a min of 70%
2 years of Work-ex in International Education / Study Abroad Sales / Following:
- International Education Counselling - UG & Master's (STEM, Management, Law etc.)
- IVY League / M7 /T25 Admissions Process
- Partner University Applications & VISA for US, UK, Germany, Australia, Dubai & Others
- Exam, Profile, Application Requirements
Excellent communication (oral and written), conversation, negotiation skills
Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
