Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Inside Sales Specialist/Business Development Manager & Team Lead focused on B2B International Sales. Responsibilities include prospecting and identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong B2B relationships, negotiating deals , and identifying market opportunities across global markets. The role requires achieving sales targets, creating strategic development plans, providing demonstrations of products to B2B wholesale customers and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and market feedback.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Management and strong Analytical Skills to devise and execute strategic sales plans
  • Strong Sales acumen and proven ability to meet or exceed targets with experience in B2B and international markets
  • Excellent Sales and Communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Prior experience in the field of B2B Sales of technology Device ,Mobility IT, or telecommunications sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus
  • Candidate with 3-8 years Experience in B2B International Sales of Products & Service for Inside Sales Associate / BDM & Team Lead positions are welcome.



Job Location : Delhi West, Janakpuri

Mode : Onsite

Work Week : Monday to Sat

Working Hours : 10am- 6pm ( IST)

Compensation (CTC):

Inside Sales Specialist / BD CTC Range ₹4.8 – ₹7.2 LPA + Incentives ( Multiple Positions)

inside Sales Team Lead / BD Lead CTC Range ₹7.2 – ₹13 LPA + Incentives ( Multiple Positions)
