Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist – B2C located in Bengaluru South. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing prospects, and converting leads into customers through effective communication. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting sales calls, addressing customer queries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. You will contribute directly to the company’s growth through active engagement with potential customers.

Qualifications
  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to drive sales and acquire new customers
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to address inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with prospects and customers
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales objectives
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • A proactive approach, goal-oriented mindset, and an aptitude for learning about technology and products
