Role Description
As a Inside Sales Specialist at Zopping, you will engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and articulate the value of our solutions to drive sales. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong client relationship. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Client Engagement, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of e-commerce solutions or SaaS-based products
- Ability to independently manage sales cycles and meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Team collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in B2B or enterprise sales is a strong advantage
