Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with potential and existing clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and superior Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with CRM tools and a proficiency in managing sales pipelines is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
