Role Description
This is a full time role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The role involves day-to-day tasks like lead generation, nurturing and managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in promoting Weskill's training programs to potential customers and maintaining high levels of customer service. The selected candidate will also contribute to enhancing communication strategies and engaging with prospects to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build effective customer relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
