Role Description
Unlox is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team full-time at our Bengaluru office. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs, and providing exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction. This role will also involve building long-term relationships with clients, delivering product presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to business success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in leveraging CRM tools and sales techniques to manage and track customer interactions efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in an ed-tech or tech-based sales role is a plus.
