We’re looking for a sharp, driven Inside Sales Specialist who can convert warm community relationships into paying clients. This is a revenue-first role — not a support role, not a coordinator. You will work closely with the sales team to drive pipeline and close deals across TBC’s service lines: event sponsorships, GTM retainers, content partnerships, and community memberships.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Pipeline
• Work with the sales team to drive pipeline across TBC’s revenue channels: event sponsorships, GTM retainers, content partnerships, and memberships.
• Build and maintain a live pipeline tracker. Know your numbers at all times — deal stage, value, next action, close probability.
• Run structured discovery calls to understand a prospect’s GTM challenges before pitching solutions.
• Handle objections well. Know when to push, when to re-frame, and when to walk away.
• Document everything — what works in the pitch, what pricing lands, what objections come up repeatedly.
Community Activation & Outreach
• Work the community as a warm pipeline — members who attend events, engage with content, or join calls are your hottest leads.
• Own member onboarding and engagement for corporate and partner accounts.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in the community: CTOs, founders, VP Sales, and GCC heads.
• Make calls, follow up proactively, and keep the right people warm and engaged between events.
• Coordinate with the events and marketing teams to understand which members and companies are showing buying signals.
Events & On-Ground Presence
• Represent TBC at external events, mixers, and networking dinners. You leave every event with 10 new contacts and 3 qualified conversations.
• Support sponsorship fulfilment — ensure paying clients get what they paid for, and feel it.
• Help plan and execute TBC events where needed — logistics, invites, speaker coordination, day-of execution.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of B2B or inside sales experience, ideally in brand solutions, media sales, sponsorships, or agency environments.
• Proven track record of closing outbound deals — not just managing inbound.
• Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders: CMOs, CTOs, Heads of Growth, Founders.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and pipeline discipline.
• Strong communicator — on calls, over email, and in person. You can adapt your pitch to the room.
• A genuine love for networking. You’re the person who stays till the end of every event.
• Able to work independently. You don’t need to be managed — you manage yourself.
Nice to Have
• Background in a media, creative, or marketing agency.
• Understanding of how brands buy — via media, sponsorships, or integrated solutions.
• Prior experience selling into or working with enterprise or GCC accounts.
• Familiarity with ABM or community-led GTM approaches.
