Role Description
Telenetix is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Gurgaon location with flexibility for remote work. This full-time hybrid role will involve supporting the sales team through lead generation, inbound/outbound prospecting, and pipeline development. The SDR will be responsible for researching, qualifying, and contacting potential prospects to create sales opportunities and, as such, should be skilled in communication, time-management, and organization mapping.
Qualifications
• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Prior 0-1 years experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with LMS systems and marketing automation tools like LUSHA, Sales Nav.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
• Compensation Up to 4 LPA.
