A large percentage of patients don’t complete purchases online without human support — whether it’s understanding substitutes, navigating prescriptions, comparing pricing, or simply building confidence before placing an order.
We’re building an early-stage startup focused on solving this gap through conversational and assisted healthcare commerce.
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Lead to join the founding team and build the patient conversion and care operations engine from the ground up.

We believe healthcare commerce in India is still fragmented, operationally broken, and underserved from a customer experience standpoint. Our goal is to build a trust-first, scalable commerce layer for healthcare consumers.
Role Description
This is a full-time founding team role for an Inside Sales Lead.
The role involves:
- Converting inbound patient/customer demand into successful orders
- Managing phone and WhatsApp-based customer interactions
- Handling follow-ups, retention, and repeat order workflows
- Building high-quality assisted commerce processes
- Coordinating with operations and fulfillment teams
- Creating scripts, SOPs, and scalable calling workflows
- Hiring and managing future conversion executives as the team grows
This is a highly execution-oriented role with significant ownership and direct founder collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, healthcare commerce, pharmacy operations, or assisted buying journeys
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort handling high-volume customer conversations over phone and WhatsApp
- Process-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to work in fast-moving startup environments
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or D2C commerce is a strong plus
- Prior experience at companies like Truemeds, PharmEasy, Tata 1mg, Netmeds, insurance sales teams, or assisted commerce startups is highly relevant
