Inside Sales Specialist Join Our B2C Sales Team!
Were looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Inside Sales Specialist who can guide learners toward the right Simplilearn programs and boost their career journey!
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential learners through outbound calls
- Understand customer needs & provide personalized course recommendations
- Convert leads using consultative, need-based selling
- Achieve monthly revenue & conversion targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Share market insights with marketing & product teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
- 1–5 years of B2C inside sales experience (EdTech preferred)
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented & independent
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts/weekends
