Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Mughalsarai, India. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting leads into customers by utilizing excellent communication and sales strategies. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining records of customer interactions, providing top-tier customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients
- Experience in sustaining and enhancing Customer Satisfaction through relationship management and attentive follow-ups
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
