Role Overview:
Rivansys IT Services is looking for a proactive, self-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support its cybersecurity and IT services business. The ISR will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, qualification, and pipeline creation for the Field Sales team across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and online research
• Build and maintain lead databases independently
• Identify and connect with decision-makers
• Qualify leads based on need, relevance, and readiness
• Assign hot and qualified leads to Field Sales Representatives
• Maintain daily activity and lead data in CRM
• Coordinate with Field Sales for follow-ups
• Share daily and weekly progress reports
• Improve scripts and outreach effectiveness
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2 years experience in Inside Sales / B2B Tele-sales
• IT/Cybersecurity sales exposure is highly desirable / preferred
• Should have worked on CRM like Zoho Bigin or its equivalent CRM software
• Experience in using Linkedin Sales Navigator
• Excellent English communication
• Strong research and data-building skills
• Self-driven and independent
Compensation:
Salary Range: ₹3–5 LPA
