Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, providing product details, following up on sales inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. You will collaborate with the marketing and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills and proficiency in building relationships with clients
- Organizational skills to manage leads, sales pipelines, and follow-ups efficiently
- Experience in the photography or creative industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic sales tools is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
