Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the company’s overall sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
  • Identify client needs and present suitable IT solutions and services
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and explain IT services (software development, ERP, automation, etc.)
  • Experience in account management and client relationship building
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in an on-site, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in IT services or technology sales is a strong advantage
