We are looking for a driven, motivated, and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to lead revenue generation and market expansion in the assigned territory. This is a purely sales-focused role ideal for individuals with a strong target-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for consultative selling and closing deals.
The role involves connecting with leads, educating customers about our unique fractional ownership model, managing end-to-end sales processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience from initial interaction to car deployment.

โข Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
โข Conduct onboarding sales calls for new waitlist members and customers purchasing tickets for assigned cars
โข Clearly explain the fractional ownership model and its benefits
โข Understand customer needs and recommend suitable car options
โข Handle objections effectively and build trust for high-value purchase decisions
โข Drive closures and consistently meet monthly sales targets

โข Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential leads
