Designed for leisure and lifestyle purposes, the model provides owners with usage for 30 to 90 days annually over a 5-year period. At the end of this period, the car is resold, and co-owners receive the resale value proportionate to their ownership. Prorata offers seamless services, including group formation, a reservation app for convenient scheduling, and doorstep pickup and drop-off. This innovative model focuses on delivering occasional and experiential vehicle use to its customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, engaging potential customers, presenting the company’s fractional car ownership model, and addressing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. The specialist will nurture client relationships, close deals effectively, and support ongoing customer service efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies and meet targets will also be a key focus.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and connect with prospective customers
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and grow client relationships
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through personalized service and issue resolution
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
