Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Mohali, Punjab. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, nurturing customer relationships and achieving sales targets. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage with clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records of interactions and performing follow-up activities to close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess interest levels
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect and activity details
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and move them through the funnel
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging and campaigns
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity and appointment targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS/technology industry is a plus
- Exposure to LinkedIn outreach and email automation tools
