About the Role:-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and driving sales conversions through calls, emails, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Connect with potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain strong customer engagement and relationship management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and pipeline updates.
Required Skills:-
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Sales Executive role preferred.
