Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Inside Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include generating leads, building strong relationships with potential and existing customers, and managing the sales pipeline. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field
