Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, creating a pipeline of prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. Key duties include presenting solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, maintaining strong client relationships through effective account management, and achieving defined business targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular reporting will also be critical components of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and generate profitable opportunities.
- Strong knowledge in Business development, market research, and competitive analysis to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Excellent Communication abilities for client presentations, negotiations, and maintaining effective relationships.
- Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in real estate, technology, or community management systems is advantageous.
