Job Title : Inside Sales Specialist ( Cybersecurity )
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Target Segment: Mid-Market & High-Growth FinTech
Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will act as a Full-Cycle Revenue Closer, owning the complete sales cycle for a dedicated territory of approximately 275 accounts. Because reaching overwhelmed Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) through traditional cold emails and phone calls is increasingly difficult and often inefficient, you will be expected to use modern, strategic outreach methods to break through the industry noise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Execution: Own the deal process entirely, from the initial "Cold Outreach" to the final "Contract Signature".
- Strategic Territory Management: Prospect into assigned mid-market accounts using a multi-channel approach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Modern Outreach & Marketing Alignment: Overcome CISO fatigue by leveraging content marketing (sharing meaningful, fact-based content like whitepapers and case studies to nurture prospects). You will also utilize experiential marketing (connecting with leaders in learning environments like regional conferences) and position the organization as a genuine, trusted partner.
- Targeting Multiple Stakeholders: Look beyond the CISO to navigate complex B2B purchases that involve an average of 5.4 decision-makers, successfully building advocates among technologists and middle management.
- Cyber-Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery calls to map Adaptive MDR solutions to specific client pain points, such as ransomware protection and readiness for the DPDP Act, RBI, and SEBI compliance.
- Technical Qualification & Pipeline Accuracy: Run initial demonstrations, scope deals with Solution Architects, maintain a 4x rolling pipeline, and provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Cybersecurity DNA: Minimum of 4+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions, such as MDR, EDR, SIEM, SOC, or MSSP. You must thoroughly understand the difference between perimeter defense and managed detection response.
- The "Closer" Track Record: Proven experience carrying and consistently hitting a closing quota. We are looking for candidates operating at a "Junior AE" level, not just appointment setters.
- Regulatory Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape, specifically how RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI frameworks pertain to data security.
- Sales Tech Proficiency: Expert-level ability to use CRMs (Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automated outreach tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
