Job Summary:
MantraCare is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist – B2B to drive corporate sales and business development initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, engaging with HR teams and decision-makers, presenting MantraCare's solutions, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound B2B sales inquiries.
- Connect with HR professionals, business leaders, and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Present MantraCare's Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), wellness, mental health, and healthcare solutions to prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential corporate clients.
- Convert leads into successful business partnerships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and implementation.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Relevant experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools preferred.
- Comfortable working from the office for 6 days a week.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, EAP, insurance, or service-based industries.
- Strong lead generation and account management skills.
- Experience dealing with HR leaders, CXOs, and corporate decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
