Role Description
We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing medical-device marketing and distribution firm. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales inquiries, and converting prospects into customers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service. This role requires proactive communication to identify customer needs and deliver tailored medical product solutions.
This is an ideal role for a "hungry" beginner looking to build a career in the high-stakes world of B2B healthcare sales. You will receive direct mentorship to manage Channel Sales (Dealers) and Institutional Sales (Hospitals) across India. If you are a resilient communicator who wants to learn how to drive revenue, this is your starting point
Core Responsibilities (The Learning & Doing Phase)
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Cold Outreach: Master the art of Cold Calling and professional WhatsApp outreach to identify new potential dealers and hospital purchase managers.
- Database Management: Research and build a high-quality "Sales Pipeline" by identifying healthcare facilities that would benefit from our product portfolio.
- The "Discovery" Phase: Conduct Discovery Calls to identify the specific Pain Points (budget issues, supply gaps) of potential clients.
2. Sales Support & Channel Coordination
- Relationship Nurturing: Act as the daily bridge between our company and our nationwide dealer network, ensuring they have the latest product catalogs and pricing.
- Order Management: Learn to navigate the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle by coordinating with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
- Account Management: Assist in maintaining regular "Touchpoints" with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
3. Professional Development & CRM Discipline
- CRM Training: Use Sales CRM daily to log activities, ensuring a clean and accurate "Audit Trail" of all sales efforts.
- Product Mastery: Rapidly learn the technical features and medical applications of ourproducts.

- Resilience: The ability to stay motivated after 20 "No's" to get to the 1 "Yes"
- Articulate Communication: Clear, professional, and persuasive phone etiquette.
- Coachability: A genuine desire to learn international trade, medical regulations (CDSCO), and professional sales methodologies.
- Discipline: A target-driven mindset with the organization skills to manage 50+ follow-ups a day
- 0-3 Years of Experience in Sales (inside sales preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs

- CTC - As per Industry Standards (Fixed Salary + Incentives)
