Role Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our products and services meet those needs. Daily tasks include building client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives. This role also involves answering customer inquiries and driving engagement to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, tech SaaS preferred
- 4+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in tech or SaaS industry
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Prior experience in sales roles, especially in technology-driven industries, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
