Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners to understand their educational aspirations, guide them on suitable courses, and achieve enrollment targets. This role involves building strong customer relationships, assisting in end-to-end sales cycles, responding to incoming inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and collaborating with teams to support Jaro Education's mission of professional and academic excellence.
Qualifications
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in sales, including handling objections, upselling, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in managing customer relationships, maintaining records in CRM tools, and providing exceptional service.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in sales, especially in the education or EdTech sector, will be an advantage. Familiarity with executive/online education programs is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field is desirable.
