Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad (Chandkheda). In this position, the specialist will handle outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and present product information to potential and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM, preparing quotations, and following up to convert opportunities into sales. The Inside Sales Specialist will also focus on building strong relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales skills with experience managing inbound/outbound calls and closing sales.
- Ability to perform effective Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and relationship-building.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interactions via phone, email, and messaging.
- Customer Service experience with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and product guidance.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software and basic MS Office skills.
- Previous experience in FMCG, food products, or organic products sales is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad (Chandkheda), meet targets, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
