Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Noida, India. The Inside Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and building long-term relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their logistics needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and acquire new business opportunities
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related domain is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus
