Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on sales and lead generation by engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing communication with potential and existing customers, nurturing leads, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales objectives. The candidate will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales background with at least one year of sales experience
- Excellent Communication in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Sales processes and delivering results
- Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the financial services or investment sector is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is desirable
