Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Inside Sales Specialist at Entab. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the education or software industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
