Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals with 2+ years of experience to join our Sales & Business Development team as Growth Executives – Sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with enterprise clients, learn solution-based selling, and build a successful career in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and articulate Embee’s product & service portfolio (Cloud Solutions, Microsoft offerings, Azure Cloud ,SAP, Security, etc.)
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outbound efforts.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitches under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Participate in client interactions, virtual demos, and account development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or IT solution selling (fresh MBA/BBA graduates encouraged to apply).
- MBA/BBA graduates with Marketing or Sales specialization preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to travel within assigned territory.
- Basic understanding of IT and business concepts is an added advantage.
